31 years designing Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott properties, private estates, yachts, and jet interiors across the U.S., U.K., UAE, and Saudi Arabia. Now, Kenneth Bordewick is actively searching the design world for its next extraordinary undiscovered talent — and personally mentoring the one he finds through The Bordewick Atelier, shaping them into billion-dollar-caliber design talent.
Somewhere out there is a designer with the eye, the instinct, and the hunger to become the next Billion Dollar Designer. I intend to find them — and then spend everything I have teaching them what took me thirty-one years to learn.
31 Years of Ultra-Luxury Design
For more than three decades, Kenneth Bordewick has designed interiors for some of the world's most recognized luxury hospitality brands — including Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott properties — as well as private residences, luxury estates, yacht interiors, jet aircraft interiors, and institutional and palace projects across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Trained at the Paris School of Interior Design from 1989 to 1991 and now leading Beverly Hills Luxury Interiors LLC, Kenneth has spent his career at the intersection of classical craftsmanship and contemporary luxury.
Now, he's turning that experience outward — launching an active search for the next great design talent, wherever they may be. Once discovered, that talent is personally mentored through The Bordewick Atelier, developed under Kenneth's direct guidance, and shaped toward the aspirational caliber of a Billion Dollar Designer.

The Search + The Mentorship
The search comes first: Kenneth Bordewick is actively looking across design schools, portfolios, and studios for the next great, undiscovered design talent. Once found, that talent is brought into The Bordewick Atelier to develop cutting-edge modern design work under Kenneth's direct guidance — with a clear pathway toward billion-dollar-caliber work and his professional network.
Kenneth personally reviews portfolios and recommendations, searching for the small handful of designers each cycle with true promise.
Discovered talent works closely with Kenneth on real design problems — developing judgment, technique, and taste that can't be taught in a classroom.
Mentees graduate the program with a refined portfolio, real project experience, and introductions into Kenneth's design world and client network.

Who Kenneth Is Searching For
The search is open to graduating and recently graduated interior design students ready to move from coursework to career — and ready to be discovered.
"I've spent 31 years building a design practice most students never get to see from the inside. Now I'm actively searching for the designer who deserves to see it — and to be personally mentored, one on one, until they're ready to become the next Billion Dollar Designer."
You've completed or are finishing formal interior design training and want real-world, client-facing experience.
We look for designers with a clear aesthetic voice — not just technical skill, but genuine taste and curiosity.
Mentees are expected to bring rigor and professionalism to every brief, matching the standards of Kenneth's clientele.
The Atelier is a structured mentorship, not a one-off workshop — mentees commit to the full program timeline.
